Dear 2010:

Thank you for being such a wonderful year. You provided me with emotional & physical challenges- some I triumphed and others I failed but not without learning. Thank you.

One of the best things you gave me 2010 was a husband who supported my goals. More specifically a husband who supports my photography dreams. Thank you.

With that support and passion I look forward to 2011 entering my life. It will be my year to do with what I want.

About a week ago I was able to assist Krystal again for an elopement at the Tenaya Lodge. Amanda and Jason were such a cute and fun couple! After being together  for 6 years they decided it was time to tie the knot and they flew from Illinois to have a white wedding. Unfortunately instead of snow we just had pounding rain! But they didn’t let anything dampen their spirits on their wedding day. I can’t wait to share a few photos from the shoot!

I had the opportunity to catch up with an old friend while on a mini vacation to Southern California earlier this month. I have known Kenzie since she was born – and the last time I got to see her was at her High School Graduation. We had a great time together at Laguna Beach & Dusty was a champ dealing with us girls while we took pictures for 3 hours! Poor Dusty and Tom kept having to go back to our meters to add change.  You can view their pictures here.
