Complimentary Wedding Photography Giveaway Official Rules

ENTRIES: No purchase necessary to enter. Limit one (1) entry per couple. Entries become the property of Brittany Gerth Photography and will not be returned.

ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of submissions.

GRAND PRIZE & RUNNER UP WINNERS: This contest will end at 11:59pm MST on February 15, 2013 with the awarding of one (1) winner on February 20, 2013. Grand prize includes the following: 8 hours of wedding photography by Brittany Gerth, all travel expenses within 100 miles of 83615, online gallery to view proofs. Products, digital images, prints, etc are not included in the prize but may be purchased a la carte. All entrants will receive a $500 credit to be applied to any Brittany Gerth Photography wedding collection. There is no cash value and grand prize and entrant credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER: A non-refundable retainer of $500 is require for the winner to book their wedding date. It will then be applied towards their product order after the wedding.

VALID WEDDING DATES FOR GRAND PRIZE: This contest applies towards any valid wedding date starting on March 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.

SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY: All wedding dates are subject to Brittany Gerth Photography’s availability. Any entry received for an exact wedding date that Brittany Gerth Photography is no available will be voided. All participants agree that Brittany Gerth Photography’s calendar is constantly changing. A winner can be chosen without a firm or set wedding date, but participant agrees that any of Brittany Gerth Photography’s previously booked weddings take precedence. Without a firm date, contestants risk the non- availability of Brittany Gerth Photography.

TRANSPORTATION & TRAVEL: Transportation cost is included with the grand prize but limited to 100 miles of Donnelly, ID – use zip code of 83615 as a starting point reference OR 30 Miles from the Boise State Capital. If the official winner is located outside of this 100 mile limit, they must agree that the cost of any necessary transportation for Brittany Gerth and her assistant will be an additional expense to be paid by the winning couple.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Potential winner will be notified through email and posted on my blog by 11:59 pm MST on February 20, 2013. Brittany Gerth Photography must hear from the potential winner and runner-up by 11:59 pm PST February 27, 2013 (1 week from notification). Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entrants must have valid e-email address and it is entrant’s responsibility to update Brittany Gerth Photography of any change in e-mail address. Expenses not specifically included in prize description, shipping and handling charges, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each prize is awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer’s limited warranty. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize is permitted, except Brittany Gerth Photography reserves the right to substitute prize for an item or service of equal or greater value.
